A Day's Rest

In a game like this that requires a lot of running for long periods of time, you need a day's rest in between games.

Unlike soccer, a sport in which players are almost never asked to play in consecutive days, sometimes NBA Basketball players are expected to play in consecutive days, even if soccer players do run more during their games and appreciate the rest more, basketball players are not that far back, unlike other sports where they play a large number of games, and occassionally on back to back days, NHL Hockey, MLB Baseball, etc, those players get lots of rests during their games, basketball requires more endurance.

If a team played a game yesterday and are playing again today, we'll bet against them today, lets be honest, it's doubtful that a team will win more than 50% of these games, the league average is below 50% in these situations, that i know, but it's also rare to see any one team performing well in these situations.

You can use our NBA Basketball stats from VIP Sports down below, go to Database, then check your teams record in back to back games.
