Teams playing the first game of a series
on the road that get beaten easy usually put up a big effort in game 2

Example:

New
                                                   York at Cleveland

NYY loses game 1 by a score of 3-12, then loses game 2 in extra innings
                                                   by a score of 1-2

If a team wins the first game of a series as a road dog you should bet them to
win game 2 as a road dog

Example:

Colorado at Philadelphia

                                                                                                               margin

Example:

Chicago
                                                   at Arizona
